Once an order is confirmed and shipped, Durga Ghee will not accept cancellation, return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our beloved customers to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.
In case of Damaged product- Refunds are only applicable for damaged products we will refund payment within 5 to 7 Working days
- Durgaghee needs to be notified of damaged product within 24hr from delivery date via email to krishna@cranegroup.in or WhatsApp on +91 866-2853374
- In the email or WhatsApp do share order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product and opening box video.
- In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
- Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter Cancellation of the Order
- Once order is shipped, Durga Ghee do not accept order cancellation requests.
