Once an order is confirmed and shipped, Durga Ghee will not accept cancellation, return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our beloved customers to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.

• Refunds are only applicable for damaged products we will refund payment within 5 to 7 Working days
• Durgaghee needs to be notified of damaged product within 24hr from delivery date via email to krishna@cranegroup.in or WhatsApp on +91 866-2853374
• In the email or WhatsApp do share order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product and opening box video.
• In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
• Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter
